I cannot even believe we are having a GIRL! I knew that it was a great possibility from the last appointment we had but I guess me and Ryan really believed we would never have a girl. We always said, were going to have 2 boys. And Ryan REALLY wanted a girl, so he couldn't be happier. Not to say, I didnt want a girl because of course I did, but I would have been happy with either or! We are soooo excited! We have always a little girl that we can put in dance classes just because of mine and Ryan's love for dance, so we truly look forward to all the little things a girl will bring to our life! Ryan said he is ready for the barbies and pink things everywhere, he better be!! :)
Brynlee is the size of an orange this week. The ultrasound tech, she looked so cute for 15 weeks. She was developing great. We got to see her in 3d moving around and it was so adorable. Next Tuesday we have another ultrasound so we will get some more pictures of our sweet little girl. So when they check for a girl, they look for the "three lines, or three dots" the picture below clearly has 3 dots and she saw absolutely nothing saying it would be a boy! So we are in the clear! Little missy girl, here we come!
This weekend we plan to prime the nursery and possibly paint, depending on how motivated we get! The nursery set will come as soon as we call them, just need to jump on this painting bandwagon!
Your Baby: Week 15
Continuing the march towards normal proportions, baby's legs now outmeasure the arms. And, finally, all four limbs have functional joints. Your fetus is squirming and wiggling like crazy down in the womb.
